At CrunchBoB, we make every effort to deliver your roasted makhana snacks fresh, safely packed, and on time.
We understand that packaged food products need proper handling, safe packaging, and timely delivery. Our team works with trusted logistics partners to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed, our team starts processing it for packing and dispatch.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
During festivals, sale periods, high order volume, public holidays, stock updates, or operational delays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
2. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
Delivery time may vary for:
Metro cities
Non-metro cities
Remote locations
Rural areas
Service-restricted PIN codes
Weather-affected areas
Public holidays or courier delays
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the courier partner and location serviceability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
CrunchBoB may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional shipping offers from time to time. These offers may change without prior notice.
Shipping charges paid by the customer are usually non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or the issue is approved by our team.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, based on the contact details provided during checkout.
Customers are requested to track their shipment and remain available for delivery calls from the courier partner.
If you do not receive tracking details after dispatch, you can contact us for support.
5. Correct Address & Contact Details
Customers must provide the correct shipping details while placing the order.
Please make sure your details are correct:

Complete address
Landmark
Area
City
State
PIN code
CrunchBoB will not be responsible for failed delivery, delay, return-to-origin, or lost shipment caused due to incorrect address, wrong PIN code, unreachable phone number, or incomplete delivery details.
6. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin
Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the order, or provides incorrect details, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, CrunchBoB may charge additional shipping fees for reshipping the order.
For prepaid orders returned due to customer-related issues, the refund, if approved, may be processed after deducting shipping, handling, or RTO charges.
For COD orders returned due to refusal or non-availability, CrunchBoB may restrict future COD orders for that customer.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
Please check the outer package at the time of delivery.
If the parcel looks opened, damaged, wet, crushed, leaked, or tampered with, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video before opening the package.
For claims related to damaged products, missing products, wrong products, or defective items, a complete unboxing video is compulsory.
The unboxing video must clearly show:
The sealed parcel before opening
Shipping label/order details
Parcel opening process
Product condition inside the package
Issue with the product
Without a clear unboxing video, the claim may not be accepted.
8. Order Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
Our team will raise the issue with the courier partner and help you with the next steps.
Claims raised after 24 hours may be difficult to verify with the logistics partner.
9. Food Product Freshness
CrunchBoB deals in packaged snack products. We take care to dispatch fresh and properly packed products with suitable shelf life.
Customers are requested to store the products as per the storage instructions mentioned on the product label.
Once the order is delivered, CrunchBoB will not be responsible for quality issues caused due to:
Improper storage
Heat exposure
Moisture exposure
Open packaging
Mishandling after delivery
Consumption after expiry
10. Delivery Delays
CrunchBoB works with third-party courier partners for shipping. While we try our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays caused by courier partners are sometimes beyond our direct control.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Strikes
Natural events
Government restrictions
Courier partner delay
Wrong address or customer unavailability
Remote location serviceability
In such cases, our support team will try to assist you with tracking updates and coordination.
