At CrunchBoB, we take care to deliver fresh, quality, and properly packed products to our customers.
Since CrunchBoB deals in packaged food/snack products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product received
Missing product in the order
Defective product received
Expired product received
Package received in tampered condition
The issue must be genuine and verified by our support team.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Product is opened and consumed
Product is used or partially used
Customer does not like the taste or flavour
Customer ordered the wrong product by mistake
Product was stored improperly after delivery
Product packaging was damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Claim raised after the allowed time period
No unboxing video available
Product quality issue caused due to heat, moisture, or open packaging after delivery
As food products are consumable items, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless the issue is verified by our team.
3. Unboxing Video Compulsory
To claim any issue related to damaged, wrong, missing, defective, or expired product, a complete unboxing video is compulsory.
The unboxing video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
Shipping label/order details
Opening of the parcel from start to end
All products received inside the parcel
Clear view of the issue or damage
The video should not be edited, paused, or cut in between.
No unboxing video = No claim accepted.
4. Claim Time Period
Any return, refund, or replacement claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as it becomes difficult to verify the product condition after delivery.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 working hours.
6. Verification Process
Once we receive your claim, our team will verify the details, photos, and unboxing video.
If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the product
Refund for the affected product
Store credit or coupon, where applicable
Partial refund, depending on the case
The final decision will be taken by CrunchBoB after verification.
7. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or any other approved mode.
Refunds usually take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment method.
For COD orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method after collecting required details from the customer.
8. Replacement Timeline
If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped as per product availability and courier serviceability.
Replacement dispatch may take 2–5 working days after approval.
Delivery time will depend on your location and courier partner.
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, or convenience fees, if any, are generally non-refundable.
In case of approved damaged, wrong, missing, or defective product claims, CrunchBoB may cover replacement shipping at its discretion.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed as per the refund timeline.
11. Taste Preference Disclaimer
CrunchBoB offers flavoured makhana products. Taste may vary from person to person.
Refunds or replacements will not be accepted only because the customer did not like the taste, spice level, flavour, crunch level, or personal preference of the product.
12. Final Decision
All return, refund, and replacement approvals are subject to verification by the CrunchBoB team.
CrunchBoB reserves the right to reject any claim that appears false, incomplete, suspicious, or unsupported by required proof.
